full planning permission for demolition of 225-228 High Street and the redevelopment to include ground floor commercial on the High Street and corner of Strand/Kings Lane frontages, with residential apartments above comprising 16 residential units at the High Street level and 18 units at the Strand level at 225-228 High Street and Strand/Kings Lane frontages, Swansea, SA1 2AQ.
We give notice that Coastal Housing Group is intending to apply to The City and County of Swansea Council for the following development;
FULL PLANNING PERMISSION FOR DEMOLITION OF 225-228 HIGH STREET AND THE REDEVELOPMENT TO
INCLUDE GROUND FLOOR COMMERCIAL ON THE HIGH STREET AND CORNER OF STRAND/KINGS LANE
FRONTAGES, WITH RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS ABOVE COMPRISING 16 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AT THE HIGH
STREET LEVEL AND 18 UNITS AT THE STRAND LEVEL
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
