In order to avoid enforcement action we seek to regularise the breach of planning regulation by submitting either retrospective planning applications or Certificates of Lawfulness. This is an important service which requires immediate action and detailed work on our part, and we have an excellent history of resolving issues without the need for formal enforcement action.
