Code for Sustainable Homes

Asbri Planning has three accredited Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessors offering a comprehensive assessment service, working with developers to enable you to achieve the relevant standards.

Although summer 2014 saw the removal of CSH as a mandatory planning requirement for all new homes in Wales, some bespoke housing projects and Housing Association developments still require CSH assessment, which Asbri retains as one of it's services. 

We also offer a SAP Assessment service, which goes hand in hand with the CSH assessment.
