Historic buildings and historic townscape/landscapes are subject to complex and involved planning issues, especially where listed buildings, conservation areas, scheduled ancient monuments and historic park & garden designations are concerned. 

Asbri has extensive experience in the old and the new from a heritage perspective. On the one hand we have secured a number of consents relating to conversion and refurbishment of heritage buildings; whilst in respect of new developments we are well-versed in minimising potential impact of development within or in close proximity to areas of heritage designation.
