APPEAL WON - LLANBADOC NEAR USK

Appeal won on proposal for a replacement dwelling in Llanbadoc near Usk.

 It was refused against an officer recommendation largely on the basis that local residents and Councillors did not like the contemporary design. The Inspector, however, stated that opportunities for innovative design should not be inhibited, as per the guidance in PPW and TAN 12.
