PLANNING SECURED AT COYCHURCH ROAD FOR HAFOD HOUSING

This afternoon at Bridgend County Borough Council Planning Committee, Councillors resolved to grant consent for a development of 48 new homes on Coychurch Road in Bridgend. Designed by Pentan, the scheme had key consultancy input from Smart Associates, Asbri Transport, Integral Geotechnique, Wildwood Ecology and Hunter Acoustics.

Asbri helped manage the process from pre-application discussions through to decision. The development is on an allocated housing site and will provide much-needed affordable housing to Bridgend in a highly sustainable location.
