Asbri secure full planning permission on behalf of Julian Mousley & Sons for the construction of an inert waste recycling facility and associated works at Cerrigyrwyn Quarry, Llangynog. 

The proposed development involves the change of use of the current dormant quarry site to enable the importation, screening and recycling of secondary aggregates.
