CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL DEVELOPING A RESIDENTIAL HIGHWAY DESIGN GUIDE

Carmarthenshire County Council are currently developing a Residential Highway Design Guide to assist officers, applicants and developers in terms of clearly setting out highways standards and requirements in the County.
