MAESYCYMMER INITIAL MASTERPLAN

Asbri Planning Ltd have successfully promoted a development of 1,700 plus dwellings at Maesycwmmer involving the provision of a new by-pass for the village and improved community facilities. The scheme is now included as a strategic allocation in the Caerphilly LDP 1st Review Deposit Plan which was published on 11th February.

 Acting on behalf of the major landowners concerned our role has involved continued liaison with Caerphilly Council and co-ordination of study information which demonstrates that the scheme is deliverable and will provide major benefits in reducing local road congestion.
