PLANNING APPROVAL FOR POMEROY STREET

Asbri Planning was the appointed agent in helping Wales & West Housing Association achieve a resolution to grant consent subject to a s106 agreement at Cardiff Planning Committee on Wednesday 11th November.

The application was for 17 flats in a prominent Butetown location between the River Taff and Cardiff Bay.

The application received objections from neighbours and Councillors, though the reasons behind the opposition were not considered to be material planning concerns. Our Principal Planner, Steffan Harries, addressed Committee in response to the objectors and the application was approved in accordance with officer's recommendation by five votes to two, as reported by WalesOnline.
