RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ENZOS HOMES & BRO MYRRDIN HOUSING ASSOCIATION

Following lengthy discussions and debate at last week's Planning Committee, Carmarthenshire County Council resolved to approve a 30 units scheme on land within the village of Bancyfelin, Carmarthenshire. 

The scheme, a mix of open market and affordable homes will seek to meet an identified housing need in the locality and a successful collaborative approach between the development team including Sauro Architecture and Roger Casey Associates secured a positive recommendation in the face of stiff local opposition.
