RINGLAND CENTRE ON BEHALF OF NEWPORT CITY HOMES

We are pleased to have secured resolution to grant planning permission subject to S106 for the redevelopment of Ringland Centre on behalf of our client Newport City Homes.

The regeneration scheme has secured the principle of developing 170 residential dwellings and the relocation of the retail element (1700sqm) to Milton Court roundabout, which would provide a better frontage to the retail rather than the existing facing layout.
