Bryn Hawddgar Phase 2

Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Pembrokeshire County Council to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed planning application for the demolition of the existing public toilet, refurbishment and extension of the existing listed building for a community hub with associated infrastructure work at 7 Northgate Street, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire SA71 4NR. The proposal concerns the redevelopment of the existing building at the application site.

We give notice that Pembrokeshire County Council is intending to apply for the following development;

Proposed demolition of the existing public toliet, refurbishment and extension of the existing listed building for a community hub with associated infrastructure work.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. If you are unable to access the documents electronically you may request copies of this information by emailing mail@asbriplanning.co.uk.
