Cardiff Metropolitan University is proposing two new developments at its Cyncoed campus. The first will comprise of a second phase to the sports centre, following the planning approval of the first phase last Autumn. As you may be aware, construction of the first phase is now well under way. Also proposed is a development of approximately 518 student bedrooms and a facility that will provide pastoral support for students.

Asbri Planning is the appointed planning consultant on the development team for each project.
