Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Hale Group and Pobl Group to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of an Outline planning application for the development of up to 153 no. homes; with all matters reserved at land north of Crymlyn Parc, Skewen, Neath.

We give notice that Hale Group and Pobl Group is intending to apply to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for the following development;

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
