Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Caerphilly Homes to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the outline planning application for residential development and associated works (all matters reserved) at the former Oakdale Comprehensive School, Oakdale.

Caerphilly Homes are the affordable homes delivery arm of Caerphilly County Borough Council and as such are excited to bring the Oakdale proposal to public consultation.  The intent of the development is to provide much needed affordable homes of highly sustainable standards along with open market sale homes of differing sizes to allow access to the housing ladder for the community.
