Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by the Head of Property and Regeneration for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the full planning application for proposed development comprising demolition and rebuilding of existing visitor centre, extension and increase to existing visitor car parking area, refurbishment and potential extension works to Pond Cottage, consolidation and repair works to Gnoll House ruins, creation of education interpretation centre in Gnoll House Cellars, creation of visitor accommodation within Kitchen Garden area and associated infrastructure and landscape works at Gnoll Estate Country Park, Fairyland, Neath, SA11 3BS.
