Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by MMR Holdings Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the construction of 16no. commercial units with associated infrastructure works at land at Heol Aur, Dafen Industrial Estate, Llanelli, SA14 8QN.
We give notice that MMR Holdings Ltd is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for the following development;
PROPOSED FULL PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 16NO. COMMERCIAL UNITS (CLASS B1, B2 AND B8 USE) WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
