Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Tai Tarian Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the demolition of existing structures and construction of 43no. residential dwellings with associated infrastructure works at Heol Crwys, Cwmafan, Neath Port Talbot, SA12 9AT.

We give notice that Tai Tarian Ltd is intending to apply to Neath Port Talbot Council for the following development;

PROPOSED FULL PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION OF 43NO. RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
