Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Padda Care Home Ltd. to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed development of a residential care home, access and highway infrastructure, parking, landscaping, drainage, refuse storage and all associated works at land at Maes Yr Haf, Cross Hands, Llanelli, SA14 6LT.

We give notice that Padda Care Home Ltd. is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for the following development;

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME, ACCESS AND HIGHWAYS INFRASTRUCTURE, PARKING, LANDSCAPING, DRAINAGE, REFUSE STORAGE AND ALL ASSOCIATED WORKS

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. If you are unable to access the documents electronically you may request copies of this information by emailing mail@asbriplanning.co.uk.
