Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by United Welsh Housing Association, and in partnership with Welsh Government to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed residential development of 169 residential dwellings and associated works at Land at Ty Du, Nelson
We give notice that United Welsh Housing Association is intending to apply for the following development;
Proposed residential development of 169 residential dwellings and associated works.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. For those without access to the internet, computer facilities are available at Nelson Library. The library is open 9:30am – 6pm (Monday and Wednesday), 9:30am-5pm (Friday) and 9:30am – 1pm (Saturday). The library is closed on Sundays.

Cyn cyflwyno’r cais yn ffurfiol i’r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol ac yn unol a gofynion Rhan 1A o Orchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) (Cymru) 2012, fel y’u haddaswyd gan Gorchymyn Ceisiadau Cynllunio (Datgymhwyso ac Addasiadau Dros Dro) (Cymru) (Coronafeirws) 2020 (“y Gorchymyn Diwygio”), bydd y cais yn destun ymgynghoriad.
Mae’r cynlluniau, adroddiadau a dogfennau ategol ar gael i’w harchwilio a’u hadolygu ar-lein, isod. I'r rhai heb fynediad i'r rhyngrwyd, mae cyfleusterau cyfrifiadurol ar gael yn Llyfrgell Nelson.
