Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Swansea.com to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the Construction of purpose-built student accommodation and associated works comprising an up to 25 storey building with ancillary communal facilities, cycle / bin storage, and external landscaped courtyard at Land East of Quay Parade and North of Bath Lane, Swansea.

We give notice that Swansea.com is intending to apply to the City and County of Swansea Council for the following development;

Construction of purpose-built student accommodation and associated works comprising an up to 25 storey building with ancillary communal facilities, cycle / bin storage, and external landscaped courtyard

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
