Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Dyfed Steels Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of
full planning permission for new industrial units (use class B2 – general industrial) and associated works at Dyfed Steels, Dafen Road, Dafen, Llanelli, SA14 8NS.
We give notice that Dyfed Steels Ltd is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for the following development;
NEW INDUSTRIAL UNITS (USE CLASS B2 – GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
