Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Caredig Housing Association and Pentrechwyth Road Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the demolition of existing structures and construction of 33no. affordable residential dwellings and associated works at Pentrechwyth Road, Bonymaen, Swansea, SA1 7AB.
We give notice that Caredig Housing Association and Pentrechwyth Road Ltd is intending to apply to Swansea Council for full planning permission for the following development;
PROPOSED FULL PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES AND CONSRUCTION OF 33NO. AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (As Amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
