Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Arbenigol Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed demolition of existing building on site and subsequent construction of a Class A1 Lidl foodstore, Class A3 Drive Thru Restaurant and associated infrastructure works at land adjacent to Trostre Retail Park, Llanelli. As the scheme constitutes a major development, a pre-application consultation period is required in order to provide those who may be interested in the proposals with an opportunity to view the draft application package and express their views.
