Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Tai Tarian to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of full planning permission for the proposed demolition of 2 no. semi-detached dwellings at Beacons View, creation of vehicular access to facilitate development of 22 no. dwellings and associated infrastructure works at the land at the former Tudor Inn, Cae Rhys Ddu Road, Cimla, Neath, Neath Port Talbot.
We give notice that Tai Tarian is intending to apply to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for the following development;
FULL PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE PROPOSED DEMOLITION OF 2 NO. SEMI-DETACHED DWELLINGS AT BEACONS VIEW, CREATION OF VEHICULAR ACCESS TO FACILITATE DEVELOPMENT OF 22 NO. DWELLINGS AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
