Mae Asbri Planning Ltd. wedi ei gomisiynu gan Wilmott Dixon Construction Ltd ar ran Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf i drefnu ymgynghoriad cyn gwneud cais cynllunio ynglŷn â dymchwel hen dŷ y gofalwr ac adeiladu cyfleusterau dysgu a chwaraeon a’r gwaith cysylltiedig ar safle Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun, Lawrence Avenue, Penywaun, RCT, CF44 9ES.
Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Wilmott Dixon Construction Ltd on behalf of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the full application for the proposed demolition of the former care takers house and construction of teaching and sports facilities and associated works within the grounds of Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun, Lawrence Avenue, Penywaun, CF44 9ES.
