Bethan Evans

Planner

Bethan joined the Cardiff team in June 2023 as a planner, following a year working for Newport City Council as a Planning Officer. Bethan studied her undergraduate Geography degree at the University of Birmingham having enjoyed a great three years there. During her year working for Newport Council, Bethan gained experience in determining a variety of planning applications, including householders, advertisement consents, listed building consents, prior approvals as well as processing a range of Lawful Development Certificates.

Bethan is a fluent Welsh speaker having studied at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf in Cardiff. Bethan is an avid gym go-er, but also enjoys a few down the pub with her friends! Bethan enjoys going to festivals and music events and exploring the best restaurants in Cardiff. Bethan also enjoys her travels and one day hopes to travel Australia and South East Asia.
