Catherine Blyth

Associate

Catherine is an Associate in the Cardiff Office, joining Asbri in 2021.  She has 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sector in South Wales, and has a wide range of experience having worked on a variety of schemes including residential, affordable housing, retail, office, industrial, health care, heritage/listed buildings, tourism and sport.

Catherine’s favourite project to date has been the refurbishment of the listed Mumbles Pier and associated mixed-use redevelopment of the Mumbles headland and foreshore, in coordination with the RNLI application for the new lifeboat house and pier restoration.  Most recently, Catherine has enjoyed the challenges presented by newts in demolishing an  abattoir in Anglesey!

In her spare time, Catherine is kept busy by her two children, who love spending time at the beach (and in the sea - even in December), and if they allow she enjoys running, playing tennis (badly), live music and going to gigs, and is partial to a bit of cheese and wine
