LIAM GRIFFITHS
PRINCIPAL PLANNER
Liam was born and raised in small seaside town Aberystwyth and left to go to University in Cardiff studying City and Regional Planning (and never left). Liam was first introduced to Asbri in 2016 on his placement year as a student and following graduating re-joined working full time and completing a Masters degree funded by Asbri, and, graduating with a distinction.
Liam is a Chartered Member of the RTPI passing his L-APC first time in June 2023. Working full time with Asbri since 2018 Liam has had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects from different sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education, Health and most importantly is the current Advert Guru having taking the mantle from Dylan. The new Bridgend College is a project that Liam is proud to have been involved in.
Outside of work Liam is most likely found following his passion for music whether that’s searching for new vinyls, DJing across venues in Cardiff as DJ Cwrw (or in the mancave), making music (if you can call it that) on his laptop or going to gigs until the early hours of the morning. Liam’s goal is to one day play Glastonbury or see one of his tracks being played by a DJ he idols.
Not only music but Liam is a keen sports fan and tries to make it to the Canton end for most of the Wales home games. He needs to tick off an away day soon!
