PHIL BAXTER
DIRECTOR
Phil is our Director in Swansea having joined Asbri Planning in 2012. Phil has over 25 years’ experience in planning, having spent much of his early planning years working in local authorities in Somerset and Swansea. Born and raised in Ceredigion Phil spends much of his current spare time supporting his children with their footballing journeys, and squeezing in the odd surfing trip to Gower when time allows. Phil has led many planning projects in South Wales, expertly navigating often complex and lengthy planning processes to achieve favourable outcomes for his clients.
