We have secured planning permission from Newport Council in just 5 weeks for a 221 space temporary car park at Celtic Springs Business Park, Newport on behalf of Celtic Hotel Developments and SSCL.

The design team included DesignCell Architects and Shear Design and the car park will be constructed by DT Contracting (South West) Ltd.
