Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Kartay Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of full planning permission for proposed conversion, refurbishment and extension of existing building to create a modern re-purposed building comprising 34 no. residential apartments, reconfigured McDonalds unit to occupy ground floor and basement level (currently ground floor and first floor), retained Taco Bell unit, 3 new commercial units (1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine and 1 first floor) and associated works at 1 Oxford Street, Swansea, SA1 3AE.

We give notice that Kartay Ltd is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for the following development;

Proposed conversion, refurbishment and extension of existing building to create a modern re-purposed building comprising 34 no. residential apartments, reconfigured McDonalds unit to occupy ground floor and basement level (currently ground floor and first floor), retained Taco Bell unit, 3 new commercial units (1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine and 1 first floor) and associated works

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
