We give notice that Millbay Homes is intending to apply to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for the following development;
Proposed residential development comprising 76 no. dwellings and associated infrastructure works at the land North East of Marine Parade, Broad Haven, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (As Amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
