Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Westacres to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of full planning permission for the construction of 27 no. residential dwellings with associated infrastructure works at the land at Crwys Farm, Three Crosses, Swansea.
We give notice that Westacres is intending to apply to Swansea Council for the following development;
FULL PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 27 NO. RESIDENTIAL DWELINGS WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
