Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Pobl Group to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning permission for the construction of 50 no. affordable homes and associated works at Land North of Brynafon Road, Penyrheol, Swansea.
We give notice that Pobl Group are intending to apply to City and County of Swansea for the following development;
PROPOSED FULL PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 50 NO. AFFORDABLE HOMES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
