Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Pembrey Leisure Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the revised scheme for PL/02262 and PL/02814 comprising the construction of 23no. purpose-built tourist accommodation lodges with associated works at the Land at Former Pumphouse, Pembrey, Country Park, Pembrey, Llanelli, SA16 0EJ.
We give notice that Pembrey Leisure Ltd is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for the following development;
PROPOSED FULL PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE REVISED SCHEME FOR PL/02262 AND PL/02814 COMPRISIING THE CONSTRUCTION OF 23NO. PURPOSE-BUILT TOURIST ACCOMMODATION LODGES WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
