Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Cardiff Council to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the redevelopment of the existing Cantonian High School Site, including construction of new Cantonian High School, Woodlands High School and Riverbank Special School; Health and Well-being Building; ancillary buildings, provision of open space including hard and soft informal social and play areas, multi-use games areas, forest school areas, running track and sports pitch provision including grass / all-weather pitches; provision of plant building, solar panels, highways, access, car parking, landscaping, green infrastructure, canopies, floodlighting, fencing and drainage works; demolition of existing school buildings/structures; and all associated works

We give notice that Cardiff Council is intending to apply for planning permission for the following development;

Redevelopment of the existing Cantonian High School Site, including construction of new Cantonian High School, Woodlands High School and Riverbank Special School; Health and Well-being Building; ancillary buildings, provision of open space including hard and soft informal social and play areas, multi-use games areas, forest school areas, running track and sports pitch provision including grass / all-weather pitches; provision of plant building, solar panels, highways, access, car parking, landscaping, green infrastructure, canopies, floodlighting, fencing and drainage works; demolition of existing school buildings/structures; and all associated works

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
