Asbri Planning Ltd hereby gives notice that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council intends to apply to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the demolition of the existing primary school and Tir Morfa Centre, and construction of a new school incorporating community facilities, a sports pitch, play areas, highway and access improvements, plant, and associated works at Rhosafan Primary School, Marine Drive, Port Talbot, SA12 7NN.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
