Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Risca UPVC Retirement Benefits Scheme to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the proposed demolition of existing structures and development of 17 no. residential apartments, including access, cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping, drainage and all associated works at land at St Mary Street, Risca, NP11 6GQ.
We give notice that Risca UPVC Retirement Benefits Scheme is intending to apply to Caerphilly County Council for the following development;
The proposed demolition of existing structures and development of 17 no. residential apartments, including access, cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping, drainage and all associated works at land at St Mary Street, Risca, NP11 6GQ.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
