Llinos is a Principal Planner based in Cardiff and joined Asbri Planning in 2015. Llinos's most interesting project since joining Asbri is the planning application for the demolition of Coity Primary school and the erection of seven detached dwellings. A significant amount of consultation with the Local Planning Authority was required due to the site being located within a Conservation Area and in close proximity to a number of Grade 1 Listed Buildings and a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
Before joining Asbri Planning, Llinos, a fluent Welsh speaker, applied for a job presenting the weather for S4C and got to the final three but narrowly missed the final cut!
Holidaying in Cancun has been Llinos's favourite travel experience to date, as it involved lots of Mexican food, mojitos and swimming with dolphins. A little known fact about Llinos is that she was elected as "Merch y Fro" in the Blaenau Gwent and Heads of the Valley National Eisteddfod 2010 for which you may have spotted her in an advert on S4C advertising the Eisteddfod! Llinos is also part of the Asbri Planning touch rugby team.
