Llinos is a professionally qualified town planner and a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. As an experienced Associate Consultant with over 10 years in the planning and development sector, Llinos has a wealth of expertise in managing complex projects, including health and wellbeing facilities, commercial developments, and residential schemes. Known for her strategic approach and in-depth knowledge of planning regulations and processes, Llinos is dedicated to delivering high-quality, sustainable developments that meet both client needs and regulatory requirements. Llinos brings a collaborative approach and a "can-do" attitude to every project, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of well-planned developments.
A fluent Welsh speaker, Llinos studied at Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw, where she later played a key role in gaining planning permission for a new primary school on the same site.
Outside of her consultancy work, Llinos is co-owner of Milltir Sgwar, a small candle company she runs with her husband, Llyr. Their venture reflects Llinos' creative flair, entrepreneurial spirit, and ambition.
A true advocate for work-life balance, Llinos enjoys spending time with her family, particularly working on construction projects such as gutting houses and more recently converting a chapel into a family home. She is happiest when in her DIY clothes or surrounded by her five nieces and nephew.
Llinos is passionate about staying active and can often be seen out in any weather, on a beach or up a mountain with Ted the black Lab. In 2024, she trekked two marathons for charity and completed the Carten challenge – of course, every sportif deserves a well-earned pub meal and a pint at the finish line!
