DE WINTON PUBLIC HOUSE, LLANBRADACH

We are delighted to have secured permission from Caerphilly County Borough Council for the development of 14 dwellings at the site of the former De Winton Public House, Llanbradach on behalf of United Welsh.

The application followed a successful period of widespread public consultation with the local community, including a public exhibition, such that no objections were raised during the subsequent Planning application. The decision of Planning Committee was unanimous. The development will deliver a mix of affordable flats and houses on a sustainable site in an area of considerable housing need. Thanks to the efforts of the design team;
