Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Everstock Development Limited and Coastal Housing Group to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed outline planning application for the construction of residential units and associated access, car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works at Site B3, Riverside Wharf, Swansea Waterfront, Swansea, SA1 8AW. The proposal concerns the development of a plot of brownfield land that has lain derelict for some time.

We give notice that Everstock Development Limited and Coastal Housing Group are intending to apply to Swansea City Council for the following development;

PROPOSED OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND ASSOCIATED ACCESS, CAR PARKING, LANDSCAPING AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. If you are unable to access the documents electronically you may request copies of this information by emailing mail@asbriplanning.co.uk.
