ASBRI'S VERY OWN IRONMAN!
We have our own Ironman! This weekend, Richard completed Ironman 70.3 Cascais Portugal in a new PB of 6:10:24 with a brutal run in 28 degrees!! What an amazing achievement! Now feet up, open that bottle of Portugese wine and relax!
OAKHURST RISE, CHELTENHAM – SUCCESS AT APPEAL
In May 2019, Asbri Planning Ltd were instructed by Cheltenham Borough Council to prepare the planning case for an Appeal against the Council’s decision to refuse an outline planning application for 69 dwellings at Oakhurst Rise, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.
CONGRATULATIONS ELEANOR
Eleanor has succeeded with her RTPI submission and is now a full member of the RTPI. Her hard work has contributed to her managing to get full membership with only two attempts at submission. She should be congratulated by all.

We have secured planning permission for a 34 unit residential scheme for Bowtree Ltd and Bro Myrddin Housing Association in respect of the land at Maes y Bryn, Penllwyngwyn Road, Bryn, Llanelli. The development will consist of 34 dwellings which will be made up of a mix of 20 two bedroom semi-detached houses, 8 one bedroom flats, 4 four bedroom semi-detached houses and 2 four bedroom detached houses.
NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
Asbri submit application for new primary school for Carmarthenshire county Council on land off Ashburnham Road, Pembrey. The development proposals comprise the relocation of Pembrey School directly to the east of the existing school site, the new school would accommodate an additional 60 pupils compared to the existing school which has a 240 pupil capacity.
