ASBRI SECURE PERMISSION FOR PURPOSE BUILT FALCON BREEDING FACILITY
Asbri Planning have secured planning permission for a purpose built falcon breeding facility in Aberbran, near Brecon. The facility is a private venture and will not be open to visiting members of the public. Designed by Michael Stratford of DesignCell Architects, the scheme had consultancy input from Hurley & Davies, Quad Consult and Richard Watkins Ecology.
ASBRI SECURE PERMISSION FOR SWALEC STADIUM TO HOST MUSIC EVENTS
Asbri Planning have successfully secured permission for the SWALEC Stadium to host music events. More details in the attached Wales Online article.
MAESYCYMMER INITIAL MASTERPLAN
Asbri Planning Ltd have successfully promoted a development of 1,700 plus dwellings at Maesycwmmer involving the provision of a new by-pass for the village and improved community facilities. The scheme is now included as a strategic allocation in the Caerphilly LDP 1st Review Deposit Plan which was published on 11th February.
ANOTHER SOLAR SUCCESS FOR ASBRI
Asbri has secured planning permission for a new 6 hectare solar farm in Swansea. The solar farm will have a total installed capacity of 5MW.
PLANNING SECURED AT COYCHURCH ROAD FOR HAFOD HOUSING
Asbri Planning has submitted, on behalf of CCHA and Cardiff Council, an application for the demolition of Maelfa Shopping Centre in Llanedeyrn which will be replaced with commercial and residential units.
CARDIFF SHOPPING CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT
This afternoon at Bridgend County Borough Council Planning Committee, Councillors resolved to grant consent for a development of 48 new homes on Coychurch Road in Bridgend. Designed by Pentan, the scheme had key consultancy input from Smart Associates, Asbri Transport, Integral Geotechnique, Wildwood Ecology and Hunter Acoustics.
SECURING PLANNING PERMISSION
Asbri Planning has secured planning permission for the construction of a contemporary design dwelling on the Mumbles seafront at 85 Mumbles Road. This was particularly pleasing as permission had previously been refused for a dwelling on the site prior to Asbri’s involvement
NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL
Asbri Planning have secured planning permission for the Construction of a new Primary School, including car park, multi-use games area (MUGA), all weather pitch and associated hard and soft landscaping works at Parc Y Werin, Gorseinon, Swansea.
