Eaton Crescent, Uplands, Swansea – Consent achieved for a private landlord facilitating the change of use of the property from a private dwelling to a six bed HMO. We are pleased to achieve consent for the scheme at committee given the political background and recent spate of refusals for similar HMO applications in the City.
SUCCESSFUL APPEAL IN LLANTRISANT
Successful appeal for 18 affordable flats on a vacant pub site in Talbot Green, Llantrisant. The Council had previously refused the planning application on design and parking grounds.
